Very much so, they watched people but recorded nothing so what was the point in them.

Their point is just to observe behaviour around elections and report on it. That’s it.

I don’t think they can record anything because that in itself might contravene laws around voting secrecy and privacy. Hence why the police only had 3 lots of CCTV.
