But they don't investigate them. You have to file a complaint. In fact I think they have to receive several complaints.

If more people are made aware of this fact, and actually file the paperwork, one church at a time, starting with the biggest, most politically outspoken churches. The smaller ones need to be reported too. If thousands of people reported every church, they can't just ignore that.

Last I heard it was 3 complaints and they would look into it. I don't know what it is now but it's a short form that takes about 5 minutes. I would think that if you are a member of a church you would want to focus on why you are there and maybe get better leadership.
