I feel ICP is more Horrorcore than Rap-Metal. In themes, Horrorcore feel very similar to the more extreme subgenres of metal that involves graphic violence, horror, and the occult such as Death Metal and Black Metal, but it's still hip hop instead of actual metal regardless.
