There probably needs to be a law passed that one of the qualifications is to hold a doctorate in some kind of medical science, i.e. epidemiology, virology, etc

My first kid was born "placenta previa". That means essentially placenta first. In the days before safe C sections and ultra sound detection that would have killed my wife. It is a serious cause of the old "bled out in child birth". I have a wife and a second child because of science.
