Actually, the 12-14 point shift in the Milwaukee suburbs was the smallest in the state. (In percentage points, a little bigger than Milwaukee & Dane Counties, but in those deep blue counties there weren't so many voters left to switch.)
Rural & small-city counties shifted by 25 and even 30 points.
