It’s decriminalised in Czech Republic but it’s not legal - so you won’t get arrested for smoking but it can’t be bought from shops - these shops advertising it are really just to sucker tourists.

It is not true. Products with thc below one percent are legal to sell in Czechia with some conditions, you cant encourage them to smoke, for example, and there are lots of legal products with cbd instead of thc everywhere
