No new major event! Just trying to repost it periodically for new followers

So far this only a few hundred people who have left, following other ones who have set up accounts before, but we are preparing to close our X accounts for good as soon as we have relocated all of our followers etc. We have thousands total, so this is going to take a few weeks, but it is happening

Actually yes. The Wheel of Time fandom (at least the "core" chunk of the fandom, the folks to whom Amazon reaches out to when they are launching new seasons of the show) is exiting X en masse. Starting small, but all the WOT content creators are following soon too-- will be announcing it very soon

How is it that your handle is .com, not bsky.social? I'm inviting skeptical FB friends, and want to be able to explain everything to bring them on board.
And will there be a group messaging feature at some point? Love the platform so far but I can't leave some active groups behind
