Two things come to my mind: 1. In civilised countries you should be able to send damaged products back and either get the money back or get a replacement 2. Plushies can bear scars, just like us, and that's not a bad thing. If you can't sew it yourself you can ask someone to help you with that π
Honestly, had this happen way too many times to be disheartening. A lot of times, it's not the company, but the shipping. Honestly, I learned basic sewing just for that reason: basic repairs. Honestly, I feel if you repair the hole yourself, you have a more emotional connection to the plush.
But then think about how cute itll be with a lil colorful sewing!!! I like to use embroidery floss cuz its chunky And then its personalized and the stitches are like cute colorful bandaids
If they doesn't accept returns, you can try to sew the hole yourself, that would make your plushie unique! ^^ And if i remember right you are skilled at sewing Basil πͺ‘
