The facts on the ground for the ceasefire are already massively favorable to Iran. It will be very hard to walk them back.

The US is basically in the British position in 1814, which is "we will give you massive concessions just so this thing is over that will essentially involve hanging our regional allies out to dry to save us the trouble of prosecuting the war properly"
