Also, I think Snyder is right we should prepare in advance for continuing electoral bullshit from this admin, as well as perhaps a false flag--or, more likely, framing any random thing that might happen as an act of terrorism that they then use to justify more electoral bullshit

His "prepare in advance" comments are totally generic stuff: prepare to refuse illegal orders, prepare to report honestly, etc. Yes of course we should all do that - based on literally everything Trump has already been doing. That doesn't mean Snyder has any insight about Iran.

His whole argument, the reason he posted that thread, isn't just "Trump might do even worse things" - it's "Trump's threat to kill Iranian civilians is not about him wanting to kill Iranian civilians, it's about provoking them to attack us." That's what Snyder thinks is important for us to believe.
