Yet, NASA has much explaining to do.
They are the only scientific organization that failed publicly and purposefully to capitalize on its numerous successes!
They “climbed Mt. Everest” many times, then simply walked away.
Why?
Who ever heard of science regressing?

I’d suggest researching this first before pointing fingers. Astronaut’s deaths, the shuttle failures, the decommissioning of that program, then the defunding of NASA and using Russian rockets to get to the ISS took a long time for NASA was funded and backed by a president who was criticized for it

I’ve asked a very basic question.
‘Cause risk, danger and failure has never “stopped” human endeavor.
Hence, the steady ant-like procession still, to the highest deadliest mountain peaks, just for fun.
We landed on another planet then what?
Petered out?
Is that what “science“ does?
