Sick spineless, he will be retaliated against by 45. He should have waited to last minute, 45 biggest fears were a plot twist, which is basically beyond the justice system, & the democratic leadership.

Not spineless, he has to close the cases (without prejudice tho, so he can refile later) because DOJ says can't prosecute a pres. BUT it's not in the Constitution. So maybe an opening? 🤷🏼‍♀️
