Q: What does Quivers's world have instead of silicone for toys and such?

A: Blackmarsh is one of the few places rubber is found in Tamriel so in my head they have a monopoly on polymer materials. Areye has done a LOT of experiments on rubbers and saps haha, Argonians love their slimes and goops
