It may surprise you to know that as an American it is your responsibility to do something. Your preferred option is to rely upon someone else and for them to absolve themselves by passing on the problem to the ICC. Ever wonder why USA is in the shit?

okay, you're obviously trolling, but let me explain why I am calling for him to be sent to the ICC: it exists for situations where people want to uphold international law, but domestic institutions can't be relied on to convict and then uphold the sentence of someone powerful for the highest crimes
