The number of people I’m seeing dismiss the Swalwell revelations with “Well, it’s obviously an op” isn’t surprising, but it is depressing.

I know things are bleak, but Eric fucking Swalwell is not the hill you want to die on

Even more sickening all those who say 'they knew' and are making excuses for doing nothing.
They ENABLED it by doing nothing. They are complicit in the rape and sexual assault culture.

If someone said, 'oh he's always doing that' referring to sexual harassment, assault, rape.
And your response was to chuckle it off rather than 'What? Really, tell me more?" and reporting it to someone in authority. You are part of the Fing problem.

(I was under the impression Kash Patel was on a fishing expedition to go after this former impeachment manager. How did Ka$h miss all this? What about Kash’s boss?)

Who knows? Maybe Kash knew and was waiting to deploy if Swalwell was in the general election

to be so high profile & such a Trump target and yet still engage in behavior like this - real sociopath level stuff. Can’t see where he even keeps his seat at this point.

i do not get it, we need the gubernatorial primary field culled and swalwell wasn't an a+ candidate even before this broke

this is a boon: one fewer democrat on the ballot and more importantly another abuser exposed

this is of course assuming swalwell can see the writing on the wall, which is still in doubt at this point

I don’t care. Politics is too important for loyalty to any one person. I will drop anyone with credible weaknesses and SA is a big weakness. So is Platner’s Nazi tattoo.

There’s 350 million people in America. We can find better leaders to represent us.

I first heard about it via "Roger Stone is about to sabotage a Dem candidate," so I was skeptical, but that was before I read any of the details. The CNN article in particular was very convincing. And frankly horrifying. Is that "proof"? No, but it is credible and disqualifying.

Yes. Neither is G. Newsom. I'm a constituent of Swalwell's and he's been terrible all this time; I didn't know about these allegations before yesterday, but I wasn't surprised. Grateful to the women who spoke up.
Some people on the left are falling for men talking what they think is a good game.
