Heat flashes, flushed cheeks, easily cries

I don't remember hot flushes being a thing with puberty, except for the new ability to actually feel hot with embarrassment (maybe just me)

But anyway, are you on a high enough dose? Perimenopause is a shit enough experience years after puberty, doing both at once is hardcore
