Legit concerns aside, it doesn’t mean “No chemical risk assessments” because EPA is still required to do existing chemical risk assessments under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) for example. Could you please clarify your meaning in the post?

For the last 2 years Aurora, Colorado has been showing up to tell PFAS to stay out of the water. We passed a bill here in Colorado in 2024. The corruption is unreal in every State. I started calling it out. We the people are going to have to show up if we do not want our government to 👻 us.
