Democrats' weak hearing skill is they TELL witnesses what their job is. Grandstanding only choir-preaches, no learning. Let witness detail what THEY think their "job" is, with option-reducing but open-ended friendly questions to tell us "What were you thinking? What options did you process&why not?"
