I believe (could well be wrong) that Turkey stopped all warship transits, with the exception of Russian warships returning to their home ports in the Black Sea.

Turkey does not allow any combatant nation warships to enter the Black Sea. Thus, Russian Black Sea Fleet warships which were outside the Black Sea on 24.2.2022, like Admiral Grigorovič, are not allowed to return to their home ports. Exiting the Black Sea is not prohibited, as far as I am aware.

I thought the opposite was true? Russian ships can enter if they're returning to their home port, but Turkey otherwise blocked any warship entering or leaving. I find conflicting news reports on the subject.
